- Your contact information (name, address, email).
- A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL of the content you believe infringes your copyright.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you can file a counter-notice. Include:
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.
- Your signature.
3. Repeat Infringers
SearchZap reserves the right to terminate accounts or services of repeat infringers.
